The spacious family double room was impressively equipped with a large TV, music player, and even a wine cooler. Access to a communal kitchen was a nice touch, giving plenty of flexibility for meals, and the breakfasts had generous portions that were both delicious and filling, served with great views.
Several issues came up , like poor water pressure in the showers which compromised the bathing experience. There was also a damp smell in the bathroom, likely from drainage issues, and some rooms had limited temperature control with windows that couldn't be opened. Parking was tight. We had to navigate around a bit to find a spot. A few guests mentioned inadequacies in room personalization and that the shared lounging areas were not always accessible. Lastly, there were concerns about cleanliness, with some hair found on floors that pointed to housekeeping not quite hitting the mark every time.

Amazing views, really enjoyed good and fab setting.
Good value, room was unique, staff were excellent. Location: the hotel was near to the valley, 3 local pubs that served good food, and surrounding area. I found The Usk and Railway Inn offering shots and different drinks 2 km of the venue. The breakfast was superb and delicious, the check in was flexible. Furthermore, free parking was onsite. This was my amazing stay for one night.

I found the absence of a bath in the room a bit disappointing, particularly after a long day of exploring the Brecon Beacons.
